Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear or use, or missing original packaging, may not be eligible for a return.

For hygiene reasons, mouthguards and similar items cannot be returned once opened, unless received defective.

How to start a return Email info@combatgearstore.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you instructions for returning the item.

Return shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost instead.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Exchanges Need a different size or color? Email us at info@combatgearstore.com and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
